There was a lot of noise at night, and the internet was poor. Anyone could get in and go anywhere, which felt like a serious lack of security. The bathroom and bedroom doors had no locks. Water coming from the taps was dirty, the air conditioner was filthy so I had to clean it, and there was a dirty pair of underwear on the bedroom shelf. People hung towels over the second-floor railing, making it look like Carandiru. The owner only replies to messages about rentals, then stops responding when you complain.

We stayed in the red and blue unit, and the grounds were lovely, with a nice pool. It felt safe, and the location is hard to beat, just a few steps from the beach. There are enough amenities for a long family stay. The water was the one problem: it came out orange and smelled bad, so we used bottled water to brush our teeth. The owner had warned us not to drink it. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

I really liked the food they sell there. The potatoes were excellent, and the tapioca with cheese and vegetables was delicious. The apartment itself is spacious inside, with a well-equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. The complex is quiet, the pool is clean, and the beach is two blocks away.

Betina looked after things and was so friendly and attentive. Guillermo, the owner, created a charming place with all the amenities, and it was very peaceful. We had a wonderful stay and have recommended it to lots of friends in Argentina.
