The room had a shower screen that was a little damaged, so water leaked onto the floor, and the toilet was clogged. Although the cleaning lady said it was fine at the time, they charged me R$50 to unclog it. There wasn’t even a sponge for washing dishes. They don’t supply sheets or blankets, and charge extra if you didn’t know to bring your own, so keep that in mind. The location was acceptable, near both the beach and the gas station. The phone service after booking, before arrival, was a disaster.

The location is excellent, and I’ve stayed here three times. This last visit, though, the service was terrible, maybe because staff or managers change so often. The room TV was broken, and an employee only came to fix it on my final day, even though all it needed was a screw 😥

It was awkward to use the barbecue because it’s inside the syndic’s home, and that shared area was closed most of the time. The photos show it as a common space. Since the rental is managed by an agency, things also felt very rigid, with exact arrival and departure times to follow. The location is great, but I missed some basic supplies, like toilet paper, bin liners, and a dish sponge.
