Pousada Retiro das Ilhas

The breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of fresh fruit, cakes, and juice each morning, brought to the room right on time. Favi and Camili kept the Pousada spotless, and they were lovely, hardworking, always smiling, and happy to help. Felipe was just as wonderful, professional and kind, and he pointed me to two restaurants I ended up visiting often. Both had delicious food at reasonable prices. The Pousada is only 50 meters from 4 Ilhas beach, a Blue Flag beach that’s good for swimming. I had a great stay and left very happy. 10 out of 10, I’d recommend it completely.

The room with the hot tub and balcony was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a wonderful view. We also loved having a beach chair and umbrella assigned to our room, which made packing so much easier. The breakfast was so generous and tasty that my boyfriend and I couldn’t finish it in the morning, so we saved some for later! One day we had an early outing, and they served breakfast outside the usual hours for us. We were really grateful. I stayed in November 2025 for my birthday and couldn’t have picked a better place. Great service, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The breakfast at Pousada Quatro Ilhas in Bombinhas was such a lovely touch, served in the room on a tray made with care. We could really feel the thought behind it. Everything was clean and organized, and the place felt welcoming. We loved our time in Quatro ilhas and Bombinhas. The beach at Quatro ilhas was crowded, but the water temperature was just right, and there’s a restaurant right on the beach. I preferred the restaurants in the Centrinho, though. The Centrinho de Bombinhas really won me over. I’d passed through before, but never stayed there. It’s cheerful and colorful, with a special energy and people from all over. Drivers were calm and gave pedestrians space at the crossings. There are restaurants and little shops along the sidewalks; most of the young men working in the restaurants and pizzerias were polite, helpful, and respectful. I loved Bombinhas and will come back. The shopping center could use some adjustments.

A peaceful, welcoming place, and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots to choose from. Housekeeping and the friendly service stood out too.
