Pousada Sitio Olho Dagua

Really good place!

Such an amazing stay. The place was cozy, and the people were welcoming and in great spirits. I loved every minute there and all the things they offer. Breakfast was unbelievably wonderful too. Everything felt perfect, I can’t put into words how much we enjoyed it. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for making our weekend so great! 🤩 ❤️🫰🏼

The room got very bright before 6 in the morning because it didn’t have blackout curtains. The bathroom also needed attention: the toilet seat was broken, and the faucet was loose and leaking. The ceiling fan was so dusty that we didn’t turn it on, though the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was tasty. We couldn’t enjoy the pool on our last day because it was very dirty. I asked about cleaning on WhatsApp but got no reply. It’s a pleasant, cozy place, and with a few small fixes it could be perfect.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. I’ve never posted a negative review of a place before, but this inn urgently needs to take a look at its service. Breakfast is brought to the room, but the portions were unbelievably small for four adults: two yogurts, two pats of butter. Worse, some of the food was expired, and everyone in my family had stomach problems. The toilet was broken throughout our stay and never fixed. The sink leaked, with water running all over the room. The place was dirty and full of insects, including cockroaches and lizards, which makes me think pest control isn’t being done properly. Because of this accommodation, it was honestly the worst vacation I’ve had in Bombinhas. The management needs to review its procedures urgently and stop serving spoiled food to guests!
