We felt at ease as a family the whole time. The place was in a great spot, kept tidy and in good shape, and the staff were consistently kind and polite. We’d happily recommend it and come back.

João takes care of the place and notices every detail. The setting is a little paradise, with ocean views that make it easy to switch off. There’s sea on one side and, on the other, a shopping center with all kinds of options close at hand.

We paid 1960 per night for seven nights over New Year’s, then had to deal with complaints that our car was “too big” to park inside. People who arrived after us were allowed to park similar pickup trucks there, so that was awful. And there’s more. On the second day, there was banging on the wall beside us, some kind of “renovation” or leak repair. It happened again on the third day, always when I was trying to sleep in the afternoon, and then the same thing from the third into the fourth day. We finally asked for our money back for the remaining two or three days. It was traumatic for me, going with three small children to try to relax.
