The apartment is new, with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen, and there’s an elevator. Its location is excellent, just two blocks from the beach. I booked through Airbnb, though there were a few drawbacks. Parking is shared and there aren’t enough spaces for all the apartments. There’s no tap to rinse off sandy feet after the beach, so sand ends up in the building hall and the apartment. The communal laundry room could use a thorough cleaning. They don’t provide beach chairs or an umbrella, or bedding and towels, so you have to bring all of that along. Personally, I don’t enjoy traveling with a whole move’s worth of stuff.

It’s a small one-bedroom, best suited to a couple and at most one child. The beach is very close, and the location is outstanding. The building concierge was attentive and helpful. The garage only fits small cars. I’d definitely return.

Just a three-minute walk from Mariscal beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is airy and comfortable, and the welcome was great. It’s cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with a fully equipped kitchen: oven, blender, stove, fridge, microwave, TV, air conditioning, and all the utensils. I recommend it!

The apartment was about 150 meters from the beach, spotless, new, and cozy. Sr. Adrian welcomed us so warmly and kindly. I had an excellent stay and plan to come back.

The location is very close to the beach, which makes things much easier. But the cleaning left a lot to be desired, from the bathroom to the sofa. The apartment also had no sheets, bedding, towels, rugs, or even a trash bag. There wasn’t a cloth for wiping anything down either. Having to bring all of that from home just doesn’t make sense.
