Residencial Bombinhas

We stayed in room 04 with my wife and our 4-year-old son. It’s a well-equipped apartment with the essentials and two bathrooms. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and shops, right next to the artisan market, and one block from the beach. Ideal if you don’t want to carry everything around.

We booked ahead for the holiday, and it was the worst experience. It was their mistake about the remaining amount due, but they wanted to charge extra for cleaning even though I had to buy cleaning products just to use the bathroom when we arrived. No respect at all. When we got there, nobody knew where our reservation was. Because it took so long to find it, we didn’t get into the room until 23:55, and they still wanted to charge us for the full day. I used to recommend this place. Now, staying there is at your own risk. We lost our holiday. Be careful booking here, and make sure you keep the whole conversation and photos of your payments.

The AP is in a great spot, really close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and lots of other businesses. It’s cozy and quiet, with a good shower and bed. Everything was clean, the furniture was new, and they provide bed linens and bath towels. There’s wi-fi too. I’ll definitely come back!

Great, well located and organized. The only “problem” is that it’s small, but still quite acceptable.
