The beds worked well for us, with one double and two singles, and we had a thermos, toaster, microwave, and blender too. The bathroom was comfortable and the water worked well. The place was clean and cozy, just three blocks from the beach, with a 24-hour supermarket and other shops fairly close. We really enjoyed it and would come back and recommend it. Everything else was great!

The location is the one upside. They never told me parking in front of the complex wasn't allowed, and now I'm being fined. The garage has just 15 spaces, only for small cars, so SUVs won't fit, and there aren't enough spaces for such a large complex. They also didn't mention that blankets aren't part of the bedding and cost extra. The chairs are cheap plastic.

The beach is close, which was the only real plus for us. We had rainy days and spent time in the apartment, and being in a dirty place made that miserable. The room is smaller than it looks in the photos, and there isn't a grill. The sinks in both the bathroom and kitchen were clogged, there were cockroaches, and the kitchen had barely any utensils. The sleeping setup was one double bed and two single mattresses; one was torn, and the other was disgusting, with huge stains that looked like pee. I really don't recommend this place and won't come back.

The service at the inn ranges from mediocre to poor, and the facilities need attention. There's one old washing machine for the whole place, and it doesn't work well, so trying to do laundry in the middle of the night is a pain. The Wi-Fi is weak, like when we were young and had to juggle the CEU to find a signal. Parking spots are tight and narrow. You might get one depending on the time, otherwise you have to park outside, though the area feels safe. The location is decent, three blocks from the beach. A nearby 24-hour market is quite expensive, but handy when you return late from the beach and everything in Mariscal has closed early.
