The property itself is spacious and really nice, with good utensils to use. But the cigarette smell in the hallways is very strong. There’s a convenience shop downstairs, and people smoke around there day and night. It also gets pretty noisy at night.
The apartment was so well equipped, and the location was great. The host was very attentive. We’re definitely coming back next year. Congratulations to the team!

We really enjoyed our vacation. The beach was lovely, with clean water, and the residence was very close by. The apartments were clean and well equipped, and the nightly rates were very affordable. We also got great service from the real estate team at Maurício imóveis.
This is my third year in a row staying in these apartments, and I’m coming back in 2025. It’s a really good place in a good location, clean, and furnished with new items.
