Village Eco Park

The pool was lovely and stayed at a perfect temperature. Our apartment looked just like the pictures and was well equipped, with two bathrooms, a laundry room, TV, Wi-Fi, and lounge chairs. There wasn't a beach umbrella, though. You can buy one at the supermarket for 45 reais or rent one for 70-80 reais a day. The beach is 600 meters away, and there's a supermarket right on the beach. Mercado Pago worked perfectly for our purchases, and the supermarket and shops all use the same Wi-Fi password. Parking for every apartment is inside the complex. We got there at 7:00 AM without the entry code and would have been stuck waiting on the sidewalk, but the shuttle driver had the main gate code and let us wait in the common area. The agent was helpful and let us leave our suitcases in the apartment while it was being cleaned. We got the apartment around noon. The property is very large and exceptionally clean. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in 302, managed by Bestiny hospedagens, and it was a really bad experience. The location is the only reason I'm giving two stars. The mattresses were so hard it honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. We were exhausted and sore, and ended up fighting over the sofa. One bedroom's air conditioning worked, and the fridge took three hours to cool down, but the mattresses were the worst part. I contacted Bestiny and they simply ignored me. For the price, I think the mattresses should at least be decent. You're dealing with people's dreams too, for many of us a stay is more than just accommodation.

It's a great place, but keep in mind that the hill is a steep climb if you plan to walk. There's a supermarket there that's open 24 hours, though it's always crowded. You can get water delivered to your apartment by a company that usually has empty jugs. The apartments are very good, and the building has solid facilities: an elevator, covered parking, an electronic gate, and tag access at the entrance. The one issue I've noticed is that the shower water doesn't get hot, at least in the two apartments I've stayed in.
