Nice place.

This was the worst experience possible. We booked through booking.com knowing the inn was simple and planned to stay seven days, but the trouble started on the first night. We heard strange noises in our room during the night and ignored them. In the morning, there was a lot of rat droppings in the bathroom. Soon after, a large rat ran from the bathroom under the bed, and the back of the minibar had been gnawed all over. We found a housekeeper and she tried several times to reach the owner, without success. She tried to kill the rat in our apartment but couldn’t. According to her, it escaped through a hole under the bathroom sink. She said the owner wouldn’t arrive until after 1 p.m. The inn only responded after 1 p.m., sending a photo of a pest control inspection certificate that had expired in 05/2025. We chose to get a refund. While the refund was being processed at the inn’s administration, we saw the employee’s WhatsApp conversation with the person in charge. They were mocking us. The support was awful, with no responsible staff on site. The owners’ lack of cleanliness and care for the place was clear. A horrible experience.

Having parking is the inn’s best feature. The outlets in the room worked well, and one employee was very kind. The bathroom fixtures, including the sink, toilet, shower enclosure, and shower, could use renovation. The mattresses and pillows could be better too. The sheets were spotless, but I won’t comment on the blankets. Breakfast matched the price of the stay. I’d suggest keeping roosters and hens out of the courtyard. Who wants to wake up at 4 a.m. to a “mini” rooster crowing?
