The room was clean and fine for sleeping, but it had very few outlets and they were awkwardly placed. I couldn't use my notebook in bed while it charged, and even with all the lights on, the room stayed dark. While I was out on business, room service also got rid of some of my things. The hotel is handy for the US embassy, which is very close by, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless that location matters a lot and there are no other nearby options. At check-in, one receptionist spent a long time chatting about irrelevant things with a personal friend, so I had to wait. The receptionists seemed in a bad mood, and I didn't feel welcome. I didn't complain, so I can't say whether that had anything to do with their attitude. The stay was only average, and the location was the best part.

We went in July and left after less than two hours. The whole experience was so depressing that we basically paid just to leave. The carpets were disgusting, breakfast was very poor, and the shower only had cold water. Staff were unfriendly, the doors were broken, and there was mold and obvious water damage in both the hallways and rooms. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I only visited the conference room, and the experience there was good. The building looks small from outside, but inside it's big and beautiful.
