Ero's Apart Hotel

We were looking for an affordable place to spend the night in Asa Norte and ended up in a shabby room that seemed to have had almost no updates since the 1970s. Despite being described as a “luxury hotel,” the room Ero's apart hotel gave us was in terrible condition: the bathroom was faulty, the wardrobe was broken, and the lights didn’t work. We couldn’t complain when we arrived because the “real estate agency” was closed. We’re not from Brasília, and we had no idea what the place would actually be like. First, we searched for Eros Apart Hotel, then found out our room was managed by them inside Kubitschek Plaza Hotel. We weren’t even entitled to the breakfast Eros Apart Hotel had advertised with the stay. In reality, Ero's Apart Hotel doesn’t exist. They just manage some rooms in two supposedly luxury hotels that have been forgotten over time. It was all a big scam. If you care about appearances and taking selfies in hotel lobbies, it might be worthwhile. For us, it was a terrible deal. The only reason I gave two stars was that the hotel lobby had photos and stories about Brasília’s founding and Juscelino Kubitschek’s life, so I could show my son a bit of Brazilian and Brasília history. Otherwise, they’d get zero stars.

Really good, and the view of Eixo Monumental is lovely.

The app is really great and works very well 🙂

How do I cancel a reservation?
