Flat Condomínio Garden Park

A secure condominium in a fairly convenient location, at sgan 911.

It’s a quiet place, and everyone at the front desk is polite, a 10 out of 10. There’s no visitor parking, though. If you’re going to the last block, you have to walk and leave the car on the street. There is an accessible parking space, but I’m not sure who it’s meant for if everyone is supposed to have their own spot. That’s disappointing.

I’m new here and liking the condominium quite a lot. It’s peaceful, the residents keep to themselves, and there’s a green plaza right outside my window. I can even see my parking spot from there. Things move at a slower pace, but happily :D

The place is clean and clearly marked. The apartment I visited was small, but suited the current idea of living with little space and not collecting too many things. There’s one parking space per apartment.
