My room had air conditioning, and it was even the first photo in the listing. When I asked for the remote, the owner said the guesthouse policy was not to turn it on in rainy or cold weather. It was 29 ºC, with not a drop of rain. When I tried to discuss it, the owner told me, “If you don’t like it, find somewhere else.” That left me needing to look for another hotel on a high-demand day, when an international concert was happening in Brasília. I can’t recommend this place after that lack of understanding and professionalism. This seemed like an attempt to save a tiny amount on electricity for the air conditioner, despite the considerable nightly rate due to high occupancy.

One of the best places I’ve been to. The staff were so helpful and incredibly polite, and the place was clean, beautiful, and pleasant. I recommend it without hesitation. Bring your family and enjoy yourselves. I’m grateful to everyone involved.

A terrible experience. If you want to avoid unpleasant surprises, don’t stay here. It’s one absurd thing after another. Read the reviews on Maps and you’ll see what I mean.
