I had some amazing moments living there, and the natural setting and the people who live there are lovely. But the place has huge potential and was poorly kept and managed during my stay. Common areas like the washing room and gardens often had delayed or neglected maintenance. Proactive attention to security, road maintenance, and other shared concerns wasn't the rule. Long stays also don't include garbage collection. I wouldn't recommend it as an Airbnb-type accommodation unless management practices are reformed.

The natural surroundings are lovely, and you can enjoy the view from the balcony. The city centre is just a 15 minutes drive away.

It's a good option in Brasília, but Google Maps took us the wrong way when we tried to get there.

The only thing I truly enjoyed was the silence and peace. The house's outside looked abandoned, and inside it was very dusty, with cobwebs under the sofa bed and hair in the shower drain. There were no bath towels or even dish detergent. I spent the weekend with my husband, expecting an Airbnb-style rental, but it felt far too informal. sr. Ricardo was attentive throughout the rental arrangements and our arrival. This may once have been a very good place, but it's clearly neglected, and nowhere near worth the R$ 610,00 per night we paid.
