The staff were the standout for me. Luany R. at reception speaks perfect English and helped plan things when I was stuck, basically saving my trip. The location is handy and the rooms are nice, but the kitchenette had nothing useful for cooking, and the beds had no fitted sheets or even sheets large enough to cover the whole bed. That was annoying.

We had a comfortable, trouble-free two weeks in Brasilia. Most of the staff could speak English, which was a big relief, and everyone was helpful. Joao Victor deserves a special mention for his patience, along with his colleagues. Thank you very much!

The street noise comes straight in because the window won't close properly, and the internet is very slow. We asked for an extra bed for a baby but got a single bed that didn't fit in the room. Service wasn't great either. For a little more money, you might be able to get a better hotel.

We checked in on 11/26/2023 with a group of 14, including 11 foreigners, and nobody told us there would be a planned power outage during the night. We had just come back from a band show when the electricity and internet were needed most. Everyone went down to reception wanting to move to another hotel. One guest needs a breathing machine at night for a medical condition; others needed to contact family, deal with personal matters, or get online. We were left in the dark without services we had paid for. I checked everyone in myself, and when I asked what was going on, the receptionist said there was a notice in the elevator and another on plexiglass at reception. That is not an adequate way to tell guests about an interruption like this. It was a serious failure and left people upset and uncomfortable. I had to pay 960.00 for three apartments at Saint Moritz. The rest of the group stayed, but dissatisfaction was GENERAL. I am asking for the R$ 960.00 I paid at Saint Moritz to be refunded, as well as the fees paid for each apartment here at the Hotel because the service was not provided as agreed. You kept a copy of the receipt, but I can provide it if needed. If this is not resolved, I will contact the legal department about an extrajudicial notification and then take legal action. I have evidence, including videos, documents, and guest statements about the poor service and lack of information. Thank you for your help at reception today, 27/11/2023.
