We had plenty to do the whole time, including swimming, zip lining, trails, the gym and spa, kayaking, paddle boating, and water slides. The kids’ club was great, and the staff there were friendly and welcoming. Everyone in my big family loved the food, and the service was outstanding. The rooms, though, were nasty. There were millions of ants in the bathroom, and we found a HUGE spider in our room that we later learned was poisonous. The doors and windows wouldn’t shut properly and banged in the wind, so it was really hard to sleep. Those rooms were the only real downside. I’d rate the experience three or four stars because of them.

Coming from São Paulo, it’s a bit of a trek, so three days seems like the right amount of time. The place is very well run and the facilities are in pristine condition. Sports and water activities are a big part of the stay, with guided visits and supervised activities throughout the day. There’s also the famous little pond fed by the Guarani aquifer, pumping up 70k liters per hour. I’ll try to come back again.

My family and I have never stayed at a better resort. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and the infrastructure and natural setting make the visit stand out. Meals are buffet style, with a huge range of options for different tastes. There are activities all day, too. I especially recommend seeing the "singing sand" fountain. To me it’s a unique experience and a must-see. Great for families, solo travelers, or anyone looking for either a break from routine or a bit of adventure.

The natural setting is beautiful, and the singing sand spring is a gift from nature. But the infrastructure, especially the rooms, doesn’t feel up to the price of a stay. The product and service don’t match what they charge.
