We arrived in Brotas on the eve of the city’s anniversary, when almost everything was already booked. I called several hotels, at least around ten, without finding a room anywhere. Then, by chance, someone had just checked out here that same day, so a room opened up. We were very fortunate. The owner, Cezinha, was kind and attentive from our first call. He said he needed about an hour to get everything ready, so we went into the city center while he did that. When we came back, the room was tidy, organized, and clearly well cared for. We slept well and had a very pleasant night. We’re grateful for the welcome and for finding this place when we needed it.

The garden’s plants were lovely, and the whole place had a wonderful energy. My husband and I had a really pleasant stay. Cesar was such a friendly, attentive host, and his adorable little dog Mimo was a delight too. The house feels cozy and welcoming. Our room was a good size, with a small table, chairs, a wardrobe, and an excellent shower. It was just what we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for everything, Césarpor.

The whole house was spotless, with lots of art and antiques. It has four en suite bedrooms, a large living and dining area together, and a shared kitchen. There’s also a leafy outdoor area, and it’s right in the city center. The price felt fair, too. Cesar made us feel at home, with the kind of warm welcome you’d get at your mom’s or grandma’s house. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep coming back. So grateful for such a special welcome!

We arrived in Brotas at night and were lucky to find this beautiful, peaceful place with such good energy. The garden is lovely and full of fruit trees. The house itself is a delight, comfortable, with a great shower, excellent towels and bedding, and a really good mattress. The basic kitchen had what we needed, and the location was perfect. Cesinha and his faithful dog Mimo are both dear. Cesinha was very helpful with everything, and Mimo is a special little dog. I highly recommend it.

Cesar made us feel completely at ease, like friends welcomed into his home, and he had some great tips for us. The place is peaceful and pleasant, right near everything downtown, so you can explore the center on foot. Great value for money. I recommend it, and we’ll be back soon!
