The reception team was cooperative and supportive, and the hotel offers free parking. Breakfast was good, and they also brought out coffee and snacks in the evening. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. The rooms are very old and need updating, and our bathroom wasn't very clean when we visited.

We couldn't get enough sleep, so we left two days early. The hotel wouldn't move us to another room, refund us, or even engage with us. We tried to stick it out, but it didn't work. Our room was nothing like the photos: the only front window was barred and blocked, so there was no natural light. The furniture and cramped bathroom were dated, and the noise was awful. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Do yourself a favour and don't stay here. Trust me.

The bedroom was horrible and nothing like the booking photos. It was noisy all the time, with drunk people or kids in the hot tub, even though kids shouldn't be allowed there. It felt like a hostel, but at a pricey rate.
