Getting around the property is confusing, and parking is a real headache. You may have to park almost in the cars’ access lane; the garage spaces, when available, are hard to reach because the ramp is tricky. Miss the entrance and you’re stuck making a long detour. The location itself is great.
Good for a holiday stay. The pool is small but usable, and there’s also a gym and barbecue area. If you’re driving a sedan, it may be better to leave it outside or in the basement since the garage isn’t very accessible.
There’s a gym and pool at the flat, and you can book them at the front desk. It’s opposite a shopping mall, with supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Manaíra beach is about a 20-minute walk away.
I’m staying here now, and the apartment is very good, clean, and well organized. It’s right across from Manaira shopping mall. The parking is shared and sometimes you have to leave your vehicle in front of the building, but it feels safe.
I liked it. There’s a pleasant rooftop terrace with a pool and a lovely city view, and it’s right next to the city’s best shopping mall. The location is convenient, with good transport options, including buses.
