Aymara Hotel Fazenda

It was okay.

The only thing that matched the photos was the pool. There were no horseback rides or zip line. When I got there, the hotel was run-down and poorly cared for, and the kitchen service was awful.

The place looks like it has a good setup at first, but there are serious problems. Some rooms had mold and mattresses full of mites, and a few had no water. The indoor areas had terrible climate control. The pool wasn't maintained, and weeds were left to grow. The larger bathrooms were filthy, with no lighting or water for flushing or washing hands. In short, don't go there!

I only stay here because it's where my company puts me up. If I had to pay myself, I wouldn't spend a cent. The place doesn't look like the photos: the pool was greener than the Tietê River, rooms had cockroaches and dead beetles, the showers had weak water flow, and the air conditioning didn't work. Lunch was poor for what they offer, and the staff tried to be nice to make up for the place's absurd problems. I sent my clothes to be washed and they came back stained. I stayed 22 days, and the pool was never clean once. We asked them to clean it, but the owner kept making lame excuses.
