After just one night, they tried to make us leave our room early in the morning because of a paperwork mistake. They didn't even apologize. I also left my Kindle behind and asked them on WhatsApp to hold onto it. They agreed, but when I sent a friend to collect it, they kept telling him to come back the next day. I've never had worse service at an establishment. I won't return.
The hotel sits right across from a beautiful beach and has a lovely pool area. But the rooms felt really run-down, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The curtains let in the sunlight, too, so I didn't find the place very cozy.
The beach is right across from the hotel, in a nice area, and the service was okay. The rooms could use some work: some of the walls are dirty, and the internet was so slow in some rooms that it was hard to use. Breakfast had good options, though the baked goods didn't taste fresh.
You only have to cross the street to reach the sea, and you can see it from the room window. The apartments and hall were clean, warm, and comfortable, and the staff really seemed to care and did what they could to make sure everything was okay. I had an incredible time there and hope to be back soon.
This place doesn't deserve even one star. The rooms were dirty and full of ants, the internet and TV didn't work, and the food was very poor. The blankets were falling apart, and the door wouldn't close. There were unsecured electric cables, which felt like a life-threatening danger.
