The service was great, though breakfast was only mediocre. The pool was dirty and the sauna wasn't working. For this price, there are better places around here.

I travel a lot, and this is the first hotel I've ever rated 10/10. The colonial building is beautiful and spacious, the breakfast was amazing, and the food and drinks were delicious and very fairly priced. The location is ideal too. :)

That pool area is amazing, and the staff were professional and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and has a character of its own. Take the beach taxi to the Japanese island, it's only a 2 min. ride and such a peaceful escape from the main beaches. I'd happily stay here again whenever I'm in Cabo Frio. Just awesome.

Freshly brewed coffee at breakfast was a lovely start after a great night's sleep. Praia do Forte is very close, and there are good restaurants and bars within walking distance if you want some nightlife. The Hotel has a special charm, from its structure to the friendly staff, and the whole stay felt magical. A lovely choice for tourism or a weekend away with loved ones. I highly recommend it.
