Pier Beach Hotel

After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes with no food, we canceled our order and went elsewhere. When we checked after the first hour, they said three tables were still ahead of us, with no apology or estimate of how much longer it would take. No one apologized even when we canceled. The staff, and apparently the kitchen too, came across as arrogant, which is unacceptable, especially with prices that aren't cheap compared with other restaurants. My verdict is clear: don't go there.

The food was absolutely amazing, and the people were friendly and attentive. The restaurant sits right in front of the beach, and you can eat beside the water with service fit for a king. I've been to cabo frio many times but had never tried this place before.

It was my first time at pier beach club, and Andre served me delicious food. He was an awesome waiter. I’d like to come back to eat there, and I recommend asking for Andre if you go.

We booked two nights for a getaway, and the views from this discreet, uncrowded location were beautiful. The staff were friendly, food and drinks affordable, and the off-street parking was a plus. Issac the bartender was welcoming and made us feel at home. The showers were hard to adjust, either too cold or much too hot, and sheets and towels are changed only every two days. Still, I’d definitely book again. 4/5 stars.
