I wouldn’t recommend it. I stayed for three days, and the place didn’t match what the website listing described. It’s very basic, which by itself wasn’t the issue. The room was awful, though: everything was dusty, and it smelled like a place that had been shut up for a long time. The bathroom was terrible too, with no toilet paper, so we had to keep asking for things. Honestly, it felt abandoned. Breakfast was only provided on the first day, after my fiancé, I, and some other guests asked about it. There was none on the other days. Wi-Fi only worked at reception, and in the room there was no Wi-Fi or cell signal. It rained during my stay and the room flooded, but they didn’t even offer us another room. We spent all three days in a soaking wet room.

The staff were very polite, and the rooms were clean, but this place is far from one of the best. There’s a large room full of junk near one of the bedrooms, and the spacious grounds are poorly used. There’s no garage, and the rooms aren’t well ventilated. The place was messy because construction was underway. Some people weren’t dressed appropriately, including men without shirts and women sometimes wearing short shorts, bermuda shorts, or old tops. It didn’t feel professional. 😤💩

The neighborhood is good, but the accommodations are poor, and there’s a lot that needs improving for this to be a proper pousada. The rooms get very hot, the bathroom isn’t up to standard, and the mattresses are awful.

The location is good and it’s peaceful, and I liked the welcome at reception. But the cleaning was very poor, and the facilities are really old.

The package included breakfast, but it was missing, and there wasn’t even bottled water when I arrived. The place also needs to be cleaned better.
