We first rented an apartment in the Mantiqueira building through TriFlat, and it worked perfectly for our family of four. We chose one with air conditioning since we're no longer used to Brazil's heat. The outdoor area was great for the kids to play without us having to worry. We decided to add another week to our vacation, but Mantiqueira was full because of the holiday, so we moved to Princesa de Minas, on the next street and still close to the beach. That air-conditioned apartment was huge, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and enough room for two families. My sister came too, though she stayed in a different apartment during the first week. The building has a 24-hour doorman and play areas for children. The location, air conditioning, and security were all pluses, and it worked very well for families with kids. One thing to keep in mind when booking: we were on the ground floor, but the buildings have no elevators, so that could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

The staff stood out most to me. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with kindness and professionalism. Check-in through the end of the stay went smoothly, and the hotel was welcoming, calm, and well looked after. The rooms were comfortable, the cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities met guests' needs really well. It was a comfortable, relaxing stay. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

The team was very attentive, and the recently renovated apartment was in great shape. It fit the whole family comfortably and is in a great location, close to Praia do Forte, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommended.

The breakfast had plenty of variety and was really good, and the shared areas were pleasant too. The location made it easy to get to the main spots around the region. The hotel was clean, organized, and comfortable, with spacious, cozy, well-kept rooms. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and helpful, which made a real difference during my stay. I was very satisfied and would stay here again. Well done to the whole team. 10/10.

The service is a ten, the place is very clean, and all the staff are so friendly and attentive. Whenever I go to Cabo Frio, I stay there. I recommend them!
