I paid for two stays for two couples and asked them to schedule us. They still haven't arranged either stay. I've sent more than 10 emails and called, but they don't seem to care at all. Taking your money is easy, but they haven't done the bare minimum for guests who paid in advance. The service so far has been awful, and it's honestly starting to feel like a joke. For a guesthouse that claims to have good facilities, this is a mess. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could.
