Rede Bonnel Tropical e Hoteis

I like how cozy the breakfast area is, and the breakfast itself is good. The staff are very friendly. Each time I come, I get to know another room that's better than the last, and room 118 is really nice.

The rate didn't match the benefits they initially described, and I wouldn't stay here again. The room was comfortable, but there was a water leak that damaged some of our belongings, and it wasn't cleaned during our stay. We also found cockroaches in the bathroom at night. Everyone praised breakfast, but I didn't find anything unusual about it, just the usual food you'd get at other places. The indoor parking only fits a few cars, so I had to leave mine on the street overnight.

Breakfast is good and the service was good too, but I thought the room was much too small for the price, and the building itself didn't feel very good for that rate. The location near a busy street is another downside. If you're leaving early, it shouldn't be a problem, but stay longer and it gets pretty noisy. The price is high for what they offer.

A wonderful place to stay, with really attentive staff and excellent comfort and convenience.
