We went as a family for the Canção Nova event and planned to spend Saturday out, using the inn only to sleep. I asked if we could arrive Friday night to drop our things off, and the owner agreed. We arrived at 11 p.m. and left around 2 a.m. for CN. The next night, though, he asked me to pay for another day, even though we hadn't used the house, saying we had come in early. We had only moved check-in up from 8 a.m. Saturday. The place was in awful condition. The living room was dirty, the mattresses, pillows, and beds were old, and the bed in our room was propped up on a paint can. The bathroom was filthy and shared, with only a plywood partition for privacy. The shower was practically over the toilet. There was no bed linen as the listing promised, or even toilet paper. Even though it's cheap, money doesn't grow on trees, and I imagine most people rent it just to spend the night. We had a child with us, so after I refused to pay again for a filthy place that wasn't worth staying in even for free, we had to collect our things in the early hours of Sunday and look for another inn. I hope they improve and provide guests with the basics.

The inn was overcrowded, with no room for everyone in my caravan, even though we had booked almost a year ahead. We ended up outside overnight. In the middle of the night, the owner removed people who were sleeping inside to try to fit us in. He treated us badly and never admitted he was in the wrong. When we arrived, the owner seemed drunk. The bathroom was dirty and some beds were broken. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

It ended up being very expensive for what we got. I stayed in a room with my husband and son, with one double bed and two bunk beds, but none had sheets, blankets, or pillows. The bathroom was shared and dirty, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.

The inn is a little far from the sanctuary, but they offer a ride for less than a taxi would cost. The room was spacious and cozy, and breakfast was very good. I was welcomed warmly in a family-friendly atmosphere, and they were always available if a guest needed anything. I'd stay here again.

They made us feel right at home. It's a simple place, good if you just need to sleep over and take a shower. The homemade breakfast was delicious. Thanks for being so attentive, Gabriela and Everton!
