Such a great experience. Dona Irene made us feel right at home, and her nephews were adorable. Ana was there too, and she's really nice.

It's a welcoming house in a lovely spot surrounded by nature, quite close to a beautiful waterfall. Birds visit the garden all day, and the rooms were clean with no musty smell. I didn't get one of the better rooms, and the infrastructure could use a little improvement to make everything wonderful. Irene, the owner, is a lovely, pleasant person.

Breakfast comes with hummingbirds for company. You can sip wine on the veranda with the Atlantic Forest and the moon around you, then sleep and wake to the sound of the river running through the yard. It's a cozy place to be close to nature. I loved it and will be back again.
