The staff were pretty curt when answering questions, and there didn't seem to be any consistent service standard. Some were wearing shorts and flip-flops. The building is old, with worn, damaged furniture in the rooms. Breakfast was disappointing, with very few choices and overly sweet artificial juice. The shower-style bathroom had no option for hot or cold water. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel looks strange, like it may have been abandoned for years. There are cockroaches everywhere, and the staff are grumpy. I wouldn't recommend it.
