We stayed here with our family on 22/12/2025, during a drive from Mairiporã toward Rio Grande do Norte. It was our second night stopping to rest. We were five people, me, my husband, and our teenagers aged 14, 16, and 17. Since we couldn't find a family room and it was already past 11 p.m., we rented two rooms for 550 reais so we could get some sleep. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds, fresh smelling sheets, and everything tidy and clean. The TVs and Wi-Fi worked well, and the showers had great water pressure and temperature. For those things, I'd give the hotel a 10 out of 10. If that were all I was rating, it would definitely be five stars. The breakfast had good variety and was excellent, and the omelets and tapiocas were so tasty the kids went back for more. But I had a troubling experience with one of the attendants. I greeted her warmly and asked for five omelets and four tapiocas, but she told me to place the order in the kitchen without even looking at me. Another employee took my order. A little later, another guest asked for the same items in smaller quantities, and the first attendant, Iara, if I'm remembering correctly, helped her right away and went to place the order herself. When I tried asking for more passion fruit juice, she ignored me again. My husband saw what was happening and asked another woman who had come to help; she was much more welcoming, came to our table, and cleared our used dishes. Iara was doing that at other tables but left ours alone. We wondered why she treated our family so differently, and thought it could have been because I'm Black, as the only Black person there. My husband is white and my children are mixed race. We stayed in the breakfast area for over an hour and had to ask other people for anything we wanted more of. Even when I went to the kitchen to thank them and wish them a Merry Christmas, the other two replied, but Iara stayed turned away and said nothing. It left me sad and thinking about what had happened. I didn't want to make a scene, since I know as a worker myself that people don't feel their best every day, but I'd like to know what was going on. I want to thank everyone who helped us, including Iara, and hope she had a good Christmas. We were on the ground floor in rooms 104 and 106. I noticed tables near the rooms and asked whether there would be much noise. The attendant said the soundproofing was very good, so we trusted that. We could hear the front desk intercom loudly more than once, though, and around 4:40 a.m. the kitchen noise really bothered us. We got up at 5:30 to shower because the noise kept us from resting until 7, as we'd planned. If you want to sleep in, I'd avoid rooms near the kitchen. One other thing for anyone arriving late: there's no room service for food, just a partner that delivers burgers or pizza. We didn't order because we'd eaten already and only wanted something light, like tea or toast. That wasn't a problem for us, but I mention it as useful information. Aside from these issues, it was a good stay, and the comfort of the room would make me stay here again.

We stayed overnight on 08/01/26. The room was excellent, the parking was good, though getting into it was a little awkward, and breakfast was very good. The only issue was that Netflix wasn't configured. The receptionist said the person responsible had already left and there was nothing she could do. It was only 4:00 p.m., though, and she could have offered us another room. Otherwise everything was excellent, and the price was fair for the comfort.
