The Wi-Fi has been down for days, and they don't respond to messages when something goes wrong.

Good location, but it felt a little small for five people.

The place itself is quite nice, but our stay was unlucky. We were put in an upstairs room, with access via the stairs shown in the photo. We had an elderly person and a one-year-old child in our group, so we politely asked to move rooms when one became available. They turned us down straight away. Once inside, we found that the air conditioner dripped whenever it was on, as shown in the video. We reported it, not to ask for a room change, since we knew the manager wouldn't make that effort. They told us to put a bucket under the water and said they'd fix it the next morning. It was still unfixed when we left. When the manager came to inspect the dripping, she said we'd damaged the TV. The TV issue was just that it needed to connect to a stronger Wi-Fi network on the top floor. In reply to the owner: We understand that being on an upper floor isn't itself a problem, as long as access to the accommodation meets at least the required safety standards. The issue was never fixed the next day. I can post the proof and records if you'd like. Hope everything goes smoothly for you, because if you have a room problem, you won't have another option.

The flat had everything we needed: comfortable beds, a great shower, smart TV with cable, air conditioners that cooled well, a hair dryer, an iron, and a kitchen stocked with utensils. There was also a lovely little balcony to relax on. Nothing was missing, and we’ll definitely return.
