Pousada da Praça

Valéria made the stay especially lovely. She lent our son a ball for the beach every day, helped with everything we needed, and was so sweet with our baby girl, playing with her until they became friends. The whole team welcomed us warmly, and they kept the room clean and tidy each day. The simple breakfast was fresh and tasty. The pousada is right by where the catamaran arrives at the entrance to town. It's an easy walk, with just an uphill stretch when you arrive, so we didn't need to pay for luggage transport. Restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream places, the first and second beaches, boats to gamboa, and the catamaran are all nearby. The place is clean, organized, inviting, and nicely decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and gave us the best nights of sleep on the trip. It had air conditioning, a fan, a shower with good pressure, plenty of pillows to choose from, a luggage rack, a full-length mirror, and clean, comfortable bedding. All those little details made it a wonderful experience.

We were right in the middle of the village square, and the location couldn't have been better. The owner, Juan, and the whole team gave excellent service. Everything was clean, new, and well kept, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with a menu to choose from and everything served hot. We'll certainly come back and recommend it to everyone.

The rooms are clean, modern, and roomy. Breakfast, though, was disappointing enough that we chose to eat elsewhere, even with it included in our booking.
