Breakfast became one of our favorite parts of the ten days we spent at Luar das Águas in Ilha de Boipeba, working remotely and enjoying the island. Guests gathered to share stories and travel tips, which made it feel like a little community. The host put so much care into making everyone comfortable and helping them enjoy their time there. The homemade food was great too, with fresh juice from a different fruit each day. The staff welcomed us so warmly from the moment we arrived, and the pousada itself is right in front of the beach, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. It left a lasting impression on us. We can’t wait to come back to this lovely mix of relaxation, connection, and island charm.

We had a really nice time at the Pousada restaurant. The woman who greeted us was very friendly and spoke English. It was quiet there, with no music, so we could relax and listen to the waves. They had a good range of juices and drinks, along with a few small vegetarian starters and two vegetarian dishes.

We loved our spotless bungalow right on the beach, and the breakfast was great. The welcome was super friendly, and it’s clear they’ve been doing things well here for a long time. The 40MBps wifi was pretty good too. Boipeba is something special.

The view from our beach bungalow was lovely, and listening to the ocean was such a treat. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint is that they could be a bit better at English so you can talk without Google Translate, but it works when you have nothing else 😂
