The location made getting around the island easy, with the main square, its restaurants, and Primeira Praia all close by. The value was excellent too, and after staying in Morro de São Paulo several times, I’d count Pousada Via Brasil among the best inns I’ve tried. I’ll stay here again when I return, and highly recommend it. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh tapioca and scrambled eggs made to order, plus a lovely sea view. Our room was always clean and tidy, thanks to the housekeepers, and the whole inn smelled fresh. From check-in onward, the owner was welcoming, friendly, and ready to help whenever we needed anything.

D. Laura made me feel right at home. She was attentive and helpful throughout, and the kitchen team, Raylane and Mariana, were just as kind. They made tapioca and scrambled eggs fresh, and breakfast also had fruit, cake, couscous, and more. Thanks to everyone at Via Brasil for such relaxing, unforgettable holidays. I’d absolutely recommend it. The inn is easy to reach and only 20m from the calm, clear water of the first beach. The scenery is beautiful, and the second and third beaches are close too. Bars, restaurants, a market, and the square are nearby. My room, number 2, was comfortable and clean, with a wonderfully strong shower.
