Villa Amado Pousada

Really great!!!

I’m leaving today for BH feeling happy about everything we experienced in this paradise, thanks to the inn’s whole staff. Jô at reception was especially kind, and the kitchen team were attentive. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with very well-made omelets and tapiocas. The housekeepers kept our room clean and smelling fresh, which was a real highlight, and maintenance fixed my beach chairs and helped me with the TV internet. Everyone was ready to help and give advice. One tip: down the alley nearby is Matheus’s drinks shop, with good prices. They lend you a cooler for free when you buy there, and if they don’t give you ice that day, reception will provide it as a courtesy. Tours have set prices, and if you don’t book with your operator, it’s worth considering the inn’s tours. Food isn’t outrageous, and you can find a well-stocked self-service place for 80 to 100 per kilo. There are options for all budgets on the beach.

The service really made a difference, everyone was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful, and the inn was spotless and well organized, with immaculate sheets. It’s perfectly placed right in the middle of Segunda Praia, close to everything and very safe. They also provide beach chairs and towels, which is a big help. I’d definitely come back!

Breakfast had lots of tasty options, including tapioca and omelets made to order. The pool overlooking the sea was a fantastic way to end the day. Villa Amado has great rooms, with comfortable beds, working air conditioning, and strong showers. The location and facilities on Segunda Praia are excellent, close to absolutely everything. I had three incredible days in Morro de São Paulo, and I’d highly recommend it.
