Be Caju Hotel

Everything was great: the service, cleanliness, breakfast, and location. The waiters were very polite, especially William, who was especially helpful and courteous. There’s also an excellent gym with what you need for a full workout. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Breakfast takes a while. You have to fill out a form saying what you plan to eat, and only then does the kitchen start preparing it.

Even though it had only been open a short time, the service was impeccable. The rooms are comfortable and attractive, and the food is excellent.

The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It was clean and sanitized, but the toilet seat was stained and dingy. The photos below don’t show even half of what it looked like in real life. Because I was pregnant, I was much more sensitive, and I used the bathroom standing up every day I was there. My husband spoke to reception and explained that the seat wasn’t dirty, just badly discolored and unappealing. My father and husband also said it smelled like stale, rotten urine in a bus station. It was a padded seat, and we asked for it to be replaced, explaining how uncomfortable I was. They didn’t replace it because they said they had no other type, but they could at least have put on a newer, unstained one. The grime on the shower tiles was unpleasant too. I’d looked carefully at different places within our budget, with a good location and setup for our family. This was a long-awaited, carefully planned BG trip and a family visit I’d hoped for over several years. We checked in on Monday as three people in a triple room. The photos make it look like 90% of the hotel’s facilities, either because they’re old or heavily edited.
