The breakfast and playground were standouts, and the pool is awesome. The room is modern, comfortable, and has a lovely shower and a useful bathroom. A few things need attention: the ball is punctured, the fitness area has no exercise machines, and there aren't enough weights for basic workouts.

We were there for a church event, and the hotel had a very good setup. The all-inclusive restaurant was amazing, with lots of meal choices, and the room was clean. Service was as expected, and having all the information in English helped a lot. I do wish there were more elevators. I definitely recommend staying here.

The pool area and facilities are great, and the service was the best. Our air conditioner wasn't working very well, but they were attentive and fixed it in time.

The rooms are great and the service is very good, though it costs a little much.
