The constant push to sell memberships was the biggest annoyance, and I didn't feel like I was on vacation at all. The hotel is new and quite clean, but it doesn't seem ready for the number of guests it wants to accommodate. There were queues everywhere, including at breakfast, for the elevator, and at check-in.
The service was great, and our double room had space for four people. It's right in the center of Caldas Novas, though I had to pay for every meal.
The hotel has a very good location and structure. I did find the many sellers offering things like flats and apartments a bit annoying.
The Water park and Prive Club are excellent. It's a nice place for families, and the service was nice throughout. The rooms had old furniture, some insects, and poor cleaning.
The Water Park is the best way to have fun with the kids and enjoy a vacation here. It's a great place, with good rooms and service.
