We travel all over the world, my wife and I, and have never stayed at a resort without a hair dryer. We asked for fresh sheets and were given one that was stained. The staff were very rude, and we were talked into a 90 min timeshare presentation that felt high pressure and uncomfortable. The hot tub was too hot to use. Breakfast's orange juice was terrible, whereas Brazilian hotels and resorts usually serve natural orange juice. There were no vending machines, so at night we couldn't buy water or sodas. My burger came out raw, and the food was mediocre at best. An employee told me they get paid to leave 5 star reviews, so I wouldn't trust the rating. We'll never come back, even if they paid us. This was our worst resort experience ever, and there are plenty of other places to consider before booking. Never again.
