I celebrated my birthday here from 07 to 09/02/25. This was my second time at the club. It’s a quiet, family oriented place, with an older crowd. The pool areas are clean and have background music throughout. There’s a seresta, but I didn’t attend, so I can’t rate it. The children’s water park was calm, had lifeguards, and a snack bar. The pools were warm and clean, and I enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was good, though nothing special, with fruit and nice hot coffee. The dining room was clean and organized. The flat furniture could use an update. The shower worked, though the water sprayed around; it was adequate.

It takes forever to walk to the pools, and the food is poor quality. I don’t recommend staying in the flats.

This place is expensive for such poor service, and the stay was awful. We’ve been to plenty of other places where we paid less and got much better service. Everything here costs extra, even the games room, which isn’t included in the package. The growing hotel network seems to have stopped maintaining its quality, which is a shame. I wouldn’t recommend taking a chance on it. When we arrived on the holiday to have lunch, there weren’t enough plates or cutlery, and the food was poor. It improved after someone complained, but the desserts still had no flavor. The cheese didn’t taste like cheese, and the ice cream had an unidentifiable flavor, like Chaves’ juice. Later, the bathroom light switch was inside the shower area, and I got a shock when I turned it off. At the pool, we saw men and women using drugs, with no security around. If you can’t swim, be careful. The lifeguards were busy on their phones and seemed unconcerned about children possibly drowning. I had expected room service at least every other day, but it was maybe one day, maybe not. Bring toilet paper and soap, and I’d suggest bringing your own towel too.
