The staff were kind and professional, the only good part of the stay. There isn’t enough parking for everyone, so we had to leave the car on the street every day. The elevator can’t handle the number of guests, and I even got trapped in it when it stopped working. Breakfast was very basic and incomplete, with no freshly made options such as omelets or tapioca, which other hotels commonly offer. The pool is small for the number of guests, and there’s no entertainment at any time for adults or children. Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel in Caldas Novas. I can’t recommend it.

The apartment was quite clean, though the microwave was broken and wasn’t fixed until the last day. Service was decent considering how crowded it was, but the pool was very dirty and had an unbearable smell.

The apartment itself is new and has air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, but the way the hotel operates is awful. There were no sheets or towels, so we spent one night without any. Nobody wants to travel carrying all that in their bags. They charged me 400.00 to rent bedding for seven days, and I had to contact the supplier myself. You have to keep adding credit to a card for anything you buy at the hotel, which is irritating and wastes time. The pool food we ordered was bad: we had to send back overcooked fried food, and the meat was cut strangely and tasted questionable. It also took two hours to arrive. Breakfast costs 30.00 per person, and on the busiest day there weren’t enough utensils for everyone, with too few staff cleaning tables. The hotel pool gets extremely hot during the day. My young daughter was uncomfortable because of the water temperature, but when we complained, they said it had to stay that way or it would be cold at night. I’d only come back to stay here without using the hotel services.

This is a new and very pleasant hotel, and the breakfast deserves a 10! The reception attendants were impeccable. Lucas looked after me really well. Since I booked directly with them, he let me check out at 2 pm, so I could still enjoy Acqua Park DiRoma in the morning. It’s included in the hotel rate.
