Araras Apart Service - CTC - 606

Great!

Great

The central location makes it easy to get around town, but that’s the only positive I found. The overall experience doesn’t make up for the poor facilities and service. The staff service wasn’t good, and basic conveniences are missing, including a water filter for guests and covered parking, which is a real inconvenience. The kitchen on the ground floor is advertised as a place for quick snacks, but it was dark and empty, without basic utensils. The rooms look worn and outdated, and haven’t had the improvements they need. The whole apart-hotel feels neglected and behind the times, with outdated decor and infrastructure that needs attention. Even the elevators look old and unsafe, have no air conditioning, and the lighting is poor. There also aren’t enough bins for guests.

The location is excellent, right in the center, and everything is close enough to walk to. There are bars, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, shops, a market, and Mc Donalds near the building, so there’s no need to take the car out. I rented the apartment through Airbnb at a great price. It’s simple but cozy, and the reception staff were very polite.
