We booked through Airbnb and the first day went fine, but serious problems in Bloco 5 forced us to leave after the second day and find somewhere else so my family could have basic safety and respect. The elevator stopped working after we returned from Walter Park, leaving us to climb seven floors. That was exhausting for everyone and especially hard on my mother-in-law, who has knee joint problems. The condo staff said it might start working again, but also warned that people could get trapped at any moment, treating that as normal. A replacement part was coming from Goiânia the next day, and there was no immediate backup plan. On top of that, the building’s water pump failed, cutting off the water while my wife was showering. These are basic services, and the administration showed too little concern about the elevator and water problems, which affected only Bloco 5. We left early because they couldn’t ensure guests’ safety. I don’t recommend staying in Bloco 5, especially for older people or anyone with limited mobility.
