The noise control was poor, and the youngsters could keep you awake. Breakfast was really one star, and the house was empty, with no plates, cups, or cutlery, nothing. The trouble began at check-in when they changed the price we'd agreed on by phone. I don't recommend it, especially for the price. Check around the city, and you can find much better places.

The service was horrible. They lied and said all the pools were open at night, but only one was working. They charged us for entry to the aqua park even though they knew we were staying just one night, so we couldn't get in. My friend left her wedding ring in the room, and when we came back for it, they said nobody had found it. A terrible, expensive hotel for the service and amenities.
