The pool area was very clean and well organized, and seems suitable for children and older people. The apartment itself, though, was filthy. There was grime on the bathroom walls, and it was extremely hot inside. The fan barely moved any air. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is a great place, but I didn’t agree with how one employee treated me. I’m a person with a disability and have a parking credential. On Saturday, while I was parking, an employee came over shouting and asking whether there was an elderly person in the car. He should have waited until I’d parked and then asked whether I had a credential for the reserved space. When I told him I did, he just disappeared without waiting to talk about the hotel. Staff need training in how to deal with people.

The apartment is lovely, with Wi-Fi and a charcoal grill, but I wouldn’t come back. Today, 27/07/2025, only one pool was even somewhat usable. The hot tubs were boiling, two pools were boiling too, and the others were extremely cold. The one pool people could use was shallow, small, and so crowded that it got dirty quickly. The staff looked unfriendly. When we asked if the temperature could be lowered, they rudely said no and acted as if they didn’t want people using the pools. I’m disappointed.

The location is really convenient, close to everything, and it’s a very peaceful place. The front desk staff were super polite and helpful!
