Golden Dolphin Express - Eu Também Vou

Fortunately, I was leaving early the next morning, so they only needed to find me somewhere to spend the night. The booking was a mess: the hotel couldn’t find my reservation even though I had it on my phone and showed it to the attendant. I later learned they’d assigned my room to someone else who had booked an entire floor for a wedding the next day. In the end, they managed to put me in a room.

Check-in was chaos and took four hours. There were ten counters, but only two were open. Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work, and the key card only worked now and then.

The room was a good size, the air conditioning worked well, the location was good, and the service was friendly. Still, the stay wasn’t good overall, and the price didn’t feel worth it. The place looked very different from the filtered photos posted here and on Booking. There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room. Blankets cost extra, which I believe goes against consumer protection law, and the one I got had a big hole in it. The blackout blind was full of gaps, so light came into the room. The hotel needs to improve its maintenance.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff are polite. But inside the hotel, people try to get you to attend those familiar presentations with promises of a free lunch. Be very careful: you could lose a day of your trip or get caught up in buying a share.
