The staff were rude, the place was dirty, and the beds were awful. The rooms and bathrooms were horrible and smelled bad, nothing like the photos. I had a terrible experience. I paid for three nights but stayed only one, and they still didn't give my money back. I even filed a police report. I don't recommend it.

For someone looking for a cheap, simple place, it works well. The daily rate was 100 reais, and it gave me a place to rest and sleep while I took care of things in Caldas. Of course it doesn't have all the comforts some places in the same city offer, but it serves its purpose if you need something inexpensive.

The location was great, and the price made it reasonable for a budget stay, but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. The bed was very hard, it was noisy, and I struggled through three days there. There was no breakfast, lots of cockroaches, and a dirty pool. The garage was also a long way from the hotel.

The pool was filthy and the water was cold. The attendant refused to turn on the pool waterfall to help with the dirty water. I left before my stay was even over. It was awful, and I don't recommend coming to a hotel in Caldas if you can't use the pool.

The price is great if you're trying to save money, and the location is excellent. But the place is very basic, and the reception service wasn't very good. The rooms need investment in wallpaper and paint.
